WHAT ARE THE LETTERS AFTER YOUR NAME?

LMHC stands for "Licensed Mental Health Counselor," which means I've completed my masters degree in mental health counseling and have a license with the state of Washington. I have also completed licensing requirements for Oregon and that state uses LPC for "Licensed Professional Counselor."

My Washington license number is LH61168248.
My Oregon license number is C10752.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

I offer a first session of 15 minutes at no charge to new clients as I would like us to meet and see if we can work together before embarking on our journey. A 60-minute session is $170.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I currently am credentialed with Premera BlueCross/BlueShield and Regence BlueCross/BlueShield. I can also provide a superbill if I am out of network.

DO YOU SEE CLIENTS ON A SLIDING SCALE?

Yes, I do. I reserve Wednesdays for sliding scale clients through Open Path Collective. There's a one-time fee of $65, and you'll gain access to all practitioners who have a listing.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

I see clients through a HIPAA compliant website (Doxy.me) that does not require any downloads. At this time, I am not taking any in-person clients.

DO YOU SEE CLIENTS ONLINE?

I do see clients online, though only Washington State residents. That's due to the licensing requirements in the USA; each state has their own licensing board. I use a HIPAA compliant server to see clients via a video interface.
